Palus RED AB (“Palus Invest”) is a Swedish investment company with offices in Stockholm and Madrid. We focus on real estate projects in the residential and hospitality sectors and invest in companies that create value through real estate.
Our approach is hands-on. We invest early or step in during turnarounds where strategy, capital and focus can unlock real potential. We are mainly active in Sweden and Spain but work with a pan-European investment strategy.

“Palus” means swamp or bog in Latin—a reminder that the richest ground is often overlooked. Like nature itself, the most fertile opportunities are often hidden, requiring experience, patience, and the courage to go deeper. This is where we operate.
